What can AyProjex build?
SaaS and internal tools, AI assistants and automations, data pipelines and dashboards, desktop applications, business websites, and landing pages. We match the scope to the team’s relevant experience.
Where should an AI project start?
Start with one workflow, examples of the input and expected result, and the tools it needs to connect to. We can then define a pilot and how its quality will be evaluated.
How long does a project take?
Timing depends on the workflow, data readiness, integrations, and review rounds. The proposal sets a schedule for a defined first release.
How is pricing decided?
Website packages start at IDR 3–5M for Starter and IDR 7–12M for Business. Product, AI, and data work receives a scoped proposal. Hosting, model usage, and other recurring costs are discussed separately.
Can you work with our existing tools?
We review your current APIs, data sources, and access requirements before proposing an integration. The scope identifies the systems we will connect.
Who will work on the project?
You work directly with the engineers. Our team combines fullstack development, AI engineering, data engineering, and automation; the project determines who is involved.
Do you support the product after launch?
Maintenance and support can be agreed for the application, integrations, and data workflows. Updates and response coverage are recorded in the proposal.
What should we prepare?
Share the problem, current workflow, intended users, sample data or documents, existing tools, budget, and preferred timing. Use anonymized samples for the first conversation.
