Job applications
For recruitment, we collect your name, email, message, optional portfolio links, and PDF CV. The internal team uses these details to review applications and contact candidates. CVs are kept in private storage. Candidate details, internal review notes and CVs are scheduled for removal 180 days after submission. Contact hello@ayprojex.com to request a correction or deletion.
Information for your project enquiry
Ayprojex uses the information you provide to review website requirements, respond to questions, and prepare project discussions. The form asks for your name, email, project type, budget, timing, and requirements. Company, phone number, website, reference, and attachment are optional.
Storage and supporting services
When form submission is enabled, briefs are stored in Supabase and attachments use private storage. Resend sends notifications to the studio’s inbox. Vercel serves the website and form endpoints. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions to reduce spam. These providers process the information needed to perform these functions.
Attachments that are not linked to a brief are removed after 24 hours. Briefs are used for relevant follow-up and project work; contact us to request a review, correction, or deletion of your information. Do not include passwords, access keys, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Drafts in your browser
The form keeps a draft in your browser tab’s session storage as you move between steps or reload. It is cleared after successful submission or when the tab session ends. Attachments are not saved as drafts.
Optional analytics
If Google Analytics is configured, you can accept or decline visit and click measurement through the analytics choices. The analytics script loads only after acceptance. Your preference is stored in your browser and can be changed from the footer. This website does not send names, email addresses, brief contents, or attachments as analytics events.
